Youll be working closely with domain consultants and technology specialists, providing mission-critical insights and research, and helping shape the future of enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the engineering and design of enterprise-grade log management/SIEM platforms.
  
• Support in enterprise security administration and management.
  
• Contribute to observability and IT monitoring initiatives.
  
• Work on platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, New Relic, CrowdStrike, Datadog, etc.
  
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team to deliver top-tier solutions to clients.
  
• Conduct research and contribute to solution approaches and technical documentation.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

• B. Tech/M. Tech/B.Sc./MCA/MS IT (Only candidates who graduated in 2021 or later can apply)
  

• Core Skills:

• Energetic, quick learner, tech-savvy, and inquisitive by nature
  
• Strong communication skills (fluent in English written and spoken)
  
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with changing deadlines
  
• Familiarity with key concepts such as:
  
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting in UNIX/Linux-based environments
  
• IT networking and systems (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, servers, clients, OS)
  

• Desirable Skills (Advantageous):

• Knowledge of public cloud IaaS (AWS, GCP)
  
• Familiarity with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox)
  
• Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Datadog)
  
• Understanding of automation software (e.g., Puppet, Chef)
  
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., SIEM, network security, endpoint security)
  

• Certifications (Advantageous):

• DBA certifications (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2)
  
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Associate)
  

Employment Details:

• Training Duration:

  6 to 9 months

• Stipend:

  Rs. 15,000 per month during the training period

• Hours:

  40 hours per week (full-time)
