IT Lead- Retail POS

As an IT Lead- Retail POS, you will be responsible for leading and managing the deployment of retail technology solutions in India. Your role will involve playing a critical part in implementing the Oracle POS system (XSTORE) and other Retail-CRM applications, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and executing solutions across Boutiques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Digital and IT teams, will be essential to ensure project execution and enhance customer experience through omnichannel initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include managing the deployment roadmap for XSTORE and Retail-CRM applications, independently managing/contributing to all stages of XSTORE project implementations, collecting and challenging user needs to develop efficient tools, ensuring functional consistency of the Omnichannel Retail-CRM-Digital ecosystem, collaborating with Digital and eCommerce teams, defining and implementing interfaces, conducting solution testing and bug fixing, monitoring and ensuring excellence in Boutique support, contributing to Point of Sale projects, and animating and guiding the IT Retail and CRM community. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in projects and support within the Retail and/or CRM sector, ideally in the Fashion or Luxury sectors. Experience with eCommerce projects is a plus. Technical skills required include strong knowledge and experience with the POS system ORACLE XSTORE, proficiency in SQL queries, scripts, ETL, and Web services, familiarity with technologies such as RFID, store counting, and queue management systems, and fluency in English. Additionally, you should possess strong business & technical translation skills, analytical abilities, technical curiosity, autonomy & proactivity, communication skills, team spirit, reactivity & pragmatism.
