To be successful as a trainee software engineer or trainee sysadmin, you should always be expanding your engineering knowledge and sharpening your communication skills. Outstanding candidates learn from their mentors, but also feel confident sharing their own ideas with the team. The idle candidate should possess a high degree of initiative and flexibility. He or she should have excellent spoken and written communication skills. Selected candidates will be given training on required technologies and will be put on the job training. After successful completion of 6 months of trainee program, you will be offered a permanent position subjected to your performance during the training period. The candidate should have knowledge in one or more below mentioned areas. Operating system concepts (Linux / Windows) Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Aws/Azure etc) knowledge in any database Knowledge of Web Services, Microservices and API. Programming language like C/C++, java , Python, Ansible etc Basic IT Infrastructure knowledge The available IT roles are as below.
