IT Infrastructure - Database And Cloud Consultant Senior

As an IT Infrastructure - Database and Cloud Consultant Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting highly technical functions related to Database Platforms such as MS SQL, Oracle, No-SQL DBs, and Cloud Native DBs. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and maintaining data architecture/models to enhance system robustness, performance, and scalability - Taking charge of designing and developing database layers - Conducting data modeling and proposing solutions for OLTP systems - Developing database architectural artifacts like Logical Data Model and System Conceptual model - Designing enterprise-scale systems using technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, No-SQL DBs, and Cloud Native DBs - Analyzing existing systems for design and performance issues and implementing solutions to address them - Leading solution architecture and design efforts for complex applications - Collaborating with business and IT partners in the early SDLC phases to understand program goals Desired Profile: - Minimum 4 years of experience in the database and Public Cloud domain - Experience in DB management, Architecture Design, and Implementation of multiple DB technologies - Hands-On experience in managing DB Migration and upgrades for various technologies - Proficiency in building and operating highly available and DR database infrastructure solutions - Experience in providing performance optimization recommendations to application teams - Exposure to No-SQL Database technologies and DB Automation/Life Cycle Management - Knowledge of Public Cloud services management - Strong communication skills and experience in Presales/RFP's/RFI/Consulting - Familiarity with database integration with AI workload Education: - B.Tech. / BS in Computer Science; M.Tech / MS in Computer Science Technical Certifications: - Certified on Oracle DBMS - Certified on MS SQL DBMS - Certified on Opensource DBs - Certified on Cloud Native DBs Join EY and be a part of building a better working world where new value is created for clients, people, society, and the planet.
