Your Will Be's:

The

IT Infrastructure & Support Associate

will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, network reliability, and data security across Noise. This role involves managing IT assets, troubleshooting systems, and providing timely support to all employees while maintaining a secure and high-performing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT assets, stock tracking, tagging, and system updates.
• Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and assist in network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access control, and data backup procedures.
• Provide timely IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and manage Outlook, printers, scanners, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, ISP load balancing, and ensure secure network connectivity.
• Conduct network security audits, implement content filtering, and maintain device protection.
• Ensure IT security compliance, including endpoint protection and data encryption.
• Administer Active Directory and Google Workspace for user and access management.
  

The Ideal Noisemaker:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience: 24 years in IT infrastructure, support, or system administration.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure AD, endpoint protection, and MDM tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
