Job Description

Role : IT Group Manager

Location : Kolkata

Experience : 10 years and above
Responsibilities:

Management of IT team at group level. Participation to HR of IT team in the group.
Global IT policy and procedures.
Global IT security and integrity of protection system.
Crisis management related to IT.
Classification and management of files.
Development of in-houses softwares.
Old documentation and files: sustainability of information and accessibility.
Creation of databases (procurement, in-house software’s).
Company data and documentation saving: strategy, procedure and accessibility levels.
Server and infrastructures: strategy and operations, maintenance.
Remote access: strategy, procedure, operations, maintenance and support to users.
Email and messenger applications (way to communicate internally and externally): strategy, procedures, softwares, operation, maintenance and support to users.
Software: procurement, licensing follow-up, accessibility, use/misuse, maintenance.
Intranet and specific portals.
Website:

Creation of new ones.
Management and maintenance of existing ones.
Follow-up of administrative activities.

IT budget: preparation and follow-up, control and realization, on yearly basis and by company of the group.
Visio-conference: equipment purchasing, procedure, operation and maintenance.
Management of pure IT project or IT component in specific projects (pilot plant IT control system, center of documentation, engineering project, new entity in the world).
Office security and accessibility (IT in accessibility procedure, CCTV, alarm).
