IT Executive(Hardware)

An IT Executive assists with various tasks in the IT department, gaining hands-on experience in the field of information technology. This entry-level position is designed to help individuals build foundational skills and knowledge to advance their careers in IT.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Help set up and configure computer systems and networks.
• Provide support to users with IT-related problems.
• Perform routine maintenance on computers and other IT equipment.
• Assist with updates and installations of software.
• Help manage and monitor network systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 or 2 years of experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac OS).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
