IT Executive

You are invited to join our team at Topiox Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. as an IT Hardware Technician. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware components such as CPUs, memory modules, hard drives, and expansion cards. You will be expected to diagnose hardware issues, troubleshoot them efficiently, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Additionally, routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, dusting, and replacing worn-out parts will be part of your role to extend the lifespan of hardware equipment. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary hardware components and peripherals will also be a key aspect of your job. You will assist in setting up and deploying new computer systems and peripherals following established procedures and standards. Moreover, conducting hardware inventory audits, maintaining accurate records of equipment and spare parts, and providing technical support to employees regarding hardware-related issues will be vital contributions to our team. To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an IT Hardware Technician or in a similar role within a corporate IT environment is necessary. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components and familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications are essential qualifications for this position. Freshers with a passion for IT hardware technology are encouraged to apply.
