IT Executive

A Hospital IT Executive's job is to manage and maintain the hospital's information technology systems, ensuring smooth operations, data security, and compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily IT operations, providing technical support, managing hardware, software, and network infrastructure, implementing security protocols, managing IT budgets, coordinating disaster recovery, and training staff on new technologies. The role requires collaboration with clinical and administrative departments to align IT solutions with hospital goals and to stay updated on technological advancements. Key Responsibilities

• IT Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and networks.
• System & Infrastructure Management: Installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Technical Support: Providing timely technical support and guidance to hospital staff (doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel) on IT-related matters.
• Data Security & Compliance: Implementing and enforcing security protocols, managing data backups, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Project Management: Planning, leading, and executing IT projects, from conception to completion, to improve hospital operations.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Assisting in developing IT budgets and managing relationships and contracts with external technology vendors.
• Disaster Recovery: Coordinating and maintaining disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Training & Collaboration: Training healthcare staff on new systems and technologies and collaborating with other departments to integrate IT solutions effectively.
• Policy Development: Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
