Key Responsibilities IT & Email Marketing Support

• configuration, integration, and troubleshooting

• domain authentication protocols

• managing subscriber databases, segmentation, and automation workflows

• Monitor campaign performance metrics

• marketing, analytics, and CRM teams

• email-sending infrastructure

• A/B testing and deliverability optimization

• GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations

• API integrations

• standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• technical support and training

• periodic deliverability audits

• personalization and dynamic content strategies

• creative teams

• best practices for campaign testing, tracking, and reporting

Candidate Specifications

• Bachelors degree

  in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 6+ years

  of experience in IT administration, including

  3+ years

  specifically supporting

  email marketing platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  email protocols, DNS management, and marketing automation tools

  .
• Proficiency in

  Windows/Linux systems

  , networking, and

  cloud services

  (Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and documentation

  skills.

Required Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Additional certifications

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  CRM systems

  (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and

  marketing analytics tools

• Familiarity with
