Location:

Role Overview

Lead Consultant IT Cyber Security

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing enterprise email security platforms, leading incident response activities, and handling advanced email-borne threats in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support the
Proofpoint Email Security platform
(TAP, TRAP, SEG).
Monitor, analyze, and respond to phishing, malware, ransomware, spoofing, BEC, and spam incidents.
Lead incident response activities for email-borne threats including:

Containment
Eradication
Recovery
Post-incident review

Implement and evaluate new security technologies as needed.
Maintain dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly security activity reports.
Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, and global security teams.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and policies.

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in
Proofpoint Administration
.
Solid understanding of email protocols and security standards:

SMTP
SPF
DKIM
DMARC
TLS
MIME

Deep expertise in:

Phishing attack patterns
Business Email Compromise (BEC)
Malware & Ransomware
Spoofing & Social Engineering

Experience in enterprise or multi-brand/global environments.
Exposure to additional email security tools such as:

Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Mimecast

Proofpoint certifications (Preferred).

Experience Required

4-8 Years of experience in Cyber Security / Email Security
Experience working in large enterprise or global delivery models.
