Job Description

As an IT Customer Service Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to end users, driving customer experience and key metrics for accuracy and timeliness. Your role will involve assisting agents with questions, providing coaching on best practices, and fostering positive relationships with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and recommend process improvements, maintain awareness of clients" business activities, and communicate relevant information to Team Leads while escalating issues when necessary.
