Job Description

Position Overview :-

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile IT Executive / Digital Marketing Executive who can manage core IT infrastructure support and drive digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a balanced knowledge of IT systems and digital marketing platforms to ensure smooth business operations and effective online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :-

IT Infrastructure Management

  • Maintain and troubleshoot basic IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
  • Manage email configurations, data backup, and system updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service requirements.
  • Provide IT support to internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement automation tools for workflow efficiency and data management.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Create, manage, and analyze WhatsApp automation campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Work with creative teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools relevant to the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Applications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in IT support and/or digital marketing execution.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure basics (networks, systems, troubleshooting).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, SEO techniques, WhatsApp automation tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of automation workflows (CRM, email campaigns, chatbots).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Prior experience in the electric vehicle/automotive industry.
