Key Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and write technical content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, product documentation, and user guides.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to create content that aligns with company goals and SEO strategies.
• Develop content for marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media posts to promote IT products and services.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, software trends, and industry developments to create insightful content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and technical soundness.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices, keyword research, and content structuring techniques.

Key Requirements:

3 years of experience as a technical content writer in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT concepts, software development, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

Experience in writing for B2B and B2C audiences, including developers, IT professionals, and business stakeholders.
