A day in the life of an Infoscion
As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Technical and Professional Requirements:
Deep understanding of network protocols:SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, Spanning Tree ProtocolNetwork Configuration ManagementConfigure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls according to established standards and best practices.Network monitoring:Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them Troubleshooting skills:Ability to analyze network traffic, diagnose issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and packet captures Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper ITIL Process – working experience of Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management Working knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud Proxy.
