Role Overview: As a Cloud and AIOps lead at the company, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AI/ML to automate and enhance IT operations. You will drive the automation of routine operational tasks, incident response, and remediation workflows using AI-driven agents and orchestration tools, minimizing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, you will integrate AIOps insights with existing incident management systems to provide real-time intelligence for rapid issue resolution and reduced mean time to recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AI/ML for IT operations automation - Drive automation of operational tasks, incident response, and remediation workflows using AI-driven agents - Integrate AIOps insights with incident management systems for real-time intelligence and rapid issue resolution - Lead implementation of AIOps models for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive insights - Provide technical support to promote architectural excellence, innovation, and best practices in Cloud and AIOps development - Collaborate with cloud architects, platform engineers, and IT operations teams to ensure solutions align with business needs - Actively research and evaluate emerging Cloud and AIOps technologies for innovation and production implementation Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in building and deploying cloud solutions and managing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud technologies and services such as EC2, EBS, S3, Terraform, CLI, API, CICD Pipeline, FinOps, VPC, RDS, Resource Manager - Experience building and using cloud native and custom AI tools and services - Experience with full-stack application development and services preferred - Experience in managing cloud-based operations and processes including alerting, monitoring, logging, and incident management - Ability to translate business requirements and operational challenges into technical specifications for AIOps solutions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing technical stakeholders - Experience with SDLC and agile/iterative methodologies, programming and scripting in Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, JSON - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Certifications in cloud and development technologies are a plus Company Additional Details: The company NXP in India is dedicated to leveraging AI technology to drive operational excellence and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
