Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Experience in customer service/call center.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
· Ensure monitoring of timely resolution of escalated support requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
· Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
· Monitor incidents and request tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
· Able to Monitor call quality and sensitize the team for continuous improvement.
