Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for new and existing systems. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions . Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories . Collaborate with development, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure requirements are understood and met. Perform gap-analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments . Support test-planning, review test cases, and coordinate UAT . Assist in solution design, data modeling, and process optimization. Create and maintain project documentation: BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user guides . Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills . Proficiency with requirement-management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or other process-modeling techniques . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile environments . Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Nice-to-Have Exposure to ERP/CRM implementations (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce). Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis . Agile/Scrum certification (CSPO, CSM, or similar).
