IT Assistant Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and overseeing our technology infrastructure and managing the IT team. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems, managing server environments, implementing security protocols, leading a team of IT professionals, establishing IT policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in IT budget management, collaborating with vendors, maintaining documentation, monitoring system performance, and ensuring IT asset management. You should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree with at least 6+ years of experience in systems and network administration. Experience in BPO is an added advantage. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar will be beneficial. Proficiency in network protocols, firewalls, routing, switching, and Server technologies is required. Additionally, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The shifts are as follows: day shift and evening shift, from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
