In the role of IT Administrator - Sourcing & Legal, reporting to the Director, IT Applications, you will be responsible for managing operations related to Sourcing and Legal systems. Your duties will include ensuring the integrity of configurations and integrations, resolving system issues, configuring approval workflows, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with the team to implement platform changes and enhance business workflows. Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in managing production support for Business Applications in a publicly traded company - Proficiency in Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, and Contract Lifecycle Management suites Preferred Qualifications: - Coupa certification - Experience in AppZen, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Tableau At Zscaler, diversity and inclusion are core values that drive our collaborative and supportive culture.
