Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage our day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating system issues.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
• Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
• Handle email configuration and user account management.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses and inventory records.
• Monitor antivirus updates, system security and data backups.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of MS Office and email configuration.
• Basic understanding of system administration and IT infrastructure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. Computer Science (Mandatory).

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support or IT Technical Support.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
