A leading Manufacturer in Bommasandra Bangalore is hiring-

Position- System Administrator/IT Administrator

Exp- 3months-2yrs

(non-IT industry experience preferred.

Budget-Max 6L

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Interview mode- Face to face only

Notice period- Immediate-30days

Reporting: Director – Networking and System Integration .

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end users through our ticketing system, escalating issues as needed.

• Assist with the day-to-day support of the LAN/WAN environment and its security.

• Monitor backup jobs and help verify that backup and recovery processes are working correctly.

• Help maintain and track company-owned assets, both physical and virtual.

• Assist with software installation, updates and patching, including automated deployments.

• Support the team in maintaining production and development environments.

• Participate in business continuity testing and help document results.

• Work with third-party vendors to support troubleshooting.

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Windows desktop and Windows Server.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team. Preferred Skills (a plus, but not required):

• Exposure to Azure / Microsoft Entra ID administration.

• Exposure to SQL Server, Hyper-V or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience with Dell enterprise hardware.

• Basic scripting experience with PowerShell.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
