Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, inventory, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for procurement, support, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system health, security, performance, and endpoint security to ensure maximum uptime.
• Maintain IT documentation, reports, SOPs, and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, Switching, Routing, and LAN/WAN.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or a similar role.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CCNA, or CompTIA will be an added advantage.
