IT Administrator

As an IT Manager Operations in our company operating in Bihar, your role will be crucial in overseeing and coordinating IT operations within the assigned district. Your main responsibilities will include: - Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in the district for the project. - Operating primarily from the districts central office, with necessary travel to field locations. - Reporting daily to the Assistant Project Manager or other designated company officials. - Overseeing all operational activities within the district. - Coordinating and monitoring a team of 10-15 field staff to ensure smooth execution of operations. - Liaising with the District Manager of the respective department for seamless field functioning. - Ensuring satisfactory performance of all team members and resolving technical issues as required. - Working closely with staff at the District Managers Office and maintaining up-to-date contact records to be shared with the Head Office. - Conducting training sessions for officials and field staff on software usage and periodically addressing user queries. - Reporting any technical issues promptly to the Help Desk at the Central Office. - Upholding integrity and ethical standards by reporting any corrupt or unethical practices encountered during project execution to the Project Manager immediately. Qualifications Required: - BE / BTech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science / PGDCA Experience Required: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT operations or project coordination.
