The role will act as the primary point of contact for law enforcement agencies, manage regulatory requests, and ensure the Companys security, compliance, and reputation. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and respond to notices under CrPC, PMLA, IT Act, and other applicable laws. Build and maintain strong relationships with authorities across India, especially in Karnataka. Monitor and address risks such as vandalism, fraud, fake websites, impersonation, and corporate espionage. Ensure asset protection, recovery, and reputation management for the Company and its key personnel. Guide internal teams (Customer Support, Operations, Legal) on escalations involving law enforcement. Lead emergency and crisis response management initiatives. What Were Looking For: 810 years of experience in a nodal/legal enforcement role (fintech, banking, telecom, e-commerce preferred). Strong knowledge of BNS, BNSS, PMLA, and IT Act.
