Ruchak Snacks is seeking a target-driven and energetic Sales Representative (SR) to join our Snacks Division

The SR will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding product availability, and strengthening brand presence in the assigned territory.

Location: Puri, Phulbani, Jagatsinghpur, Balasore

Salary: 14K-18K

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and distribution targets in the assigned territory.
• Visit retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
• Appoint, manage, and support distributors and retail partners.
• Execute trade promotions, sampling activities, and marketing initiatives as per company plans.
• Monitor stock levels, order placements, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new markets.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and trade offers.
• Maintain good relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
