As a Purchase Executive at Gastronomix, you will play a crucial role in managing the material procurement for our central kitchens. Your responsibilities will include creating purchase orders, tracking incoming and outgoing materials, managing vendor relationships, and preparing MIS reports. You will be instrumental in controlling costs and ensuring the profitability of the company. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory control, statutory audits, ISO compliances, and FSSAI regulations. To excel in this role, you should have 3-6 years of experience in the F&B industry, specifically in the Purchase/Procurement domain. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, basic accounting knowledge, and a proactive approach to reducing material costs are essential for success in this position.
