Position: Information Security Management System Intern (ISMS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our ISO 27001:2022 compliance and IT security operations. The intern will assist in maintaining security documentation, performing compliance checks, supporting audits, and contributing to IT operations and security improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating ISO 27001 documentation and evidence records.

Participate in internal audits and compliance verification activities.

Support IT asset management and access control reviews.

Help track and close audit findings, risks, and corrective actions.

Work on security awareness initiatives and employee compliance tracking.

Collaborate with IT to review system configurations, backups, and access policies.

Document technical and operational processes for continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who:

Basic understanding of Information Security concepts and ISO 27001 framework.

Familiarity with networking, IT systems, and cloud environments (AWS & Google Workspace preferred).

Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing security culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Exposure to any security tools (e.g., Firewall, Antivirus, DLP, SIEM) or compliance documentation.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
