Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and regulatory norms. Execute trades in equities based on internal strategy. Monitor daily trade activity and position limits. Reconcile trades, positions, and margins. Operate BSE BOW and other back-office software. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor’s in Finance, Commerce, or related field NISM Series-III A certification preferred 2+ years in broking, compliance, or prop trading Familiar with SEBI/NSE/BSE portals and compliance systems Proficient in trading terminals and back-office operations Preferred: Experience in prop desk setups (no-client broking) Familiarity with audits and compliance checks Tech-savvy with automation/reporting tools Remuneration: Competitive salary Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
