The IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining system performance, providing timely support, and ensuring IT service continuity across the organization.
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, Software and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery procedures are followed.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
