Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Basic understanding of computer systems. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. 1-2 years' experience in the Helpdesk/Desktop support. Roles/Responsibilities Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries on phone. Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met. Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
