Your Role And Responsibilities
Applies IT knowledge and advanced skills to help solve complex technical or professional activities. A key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, who contributes their specialized knowledge to enhance organizational efficiency and support the organization's vision and strategic direction.Improve actual set up having CX resources focus on Core IS activities that help to promote Global TEM/Inventory Management /Zero Touch solutions to be used as a single tool for Mobile services.The work model for the role is: Li-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the ABB India -Bangalore, Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Experience in leading, implementing and deploying projects in a global and complex environment.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and partners to implement business requirements.
- Customers Management: Works closely with customers providing a part, or even completely, the service. Engages with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance, and implements supplier management related service improvement initiatives and programs.
- Oversee global end-to-end Mobile Telephony Services and optimize service delivery within the designated area of responsibility.
Qualifications for the role:
- [Master's or bachelor's degree in technology or computer science
- 5+ years of working experience with partners and support teams in a global environment
- Proficient communication skills ensure the maintenance and improvement of information and knowledge effectively and efficiently for the convenient usage of the information and knowledge throughout the organization.
