Tax BPS We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asst. Manager (AM) Finance and Accounts to join our team in Gurugram. This role requires a strong understanding of financial accounting and statutory compliances, management reporting and excellent client management skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the accounting operations for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored accounting solutions. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, statutory compliances, month end closing. Strong knowledge of IndAS / IFRS, accounting principles, financial reporting /closing, and tax regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
