Primary 1. Performing Industrial relations role in the factory for creating congenial environment in the factory 2. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations. 3. Reward & Recognition scheme and its implementation 4. Absenteeism management 5. Disciplinary actions in coordination with the Site HR 6. Ensure adherence to all compliances for the department's functions. 7. Conducting Employee Relations meeting 8. Grievances settlement-Addressing employee grievances and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 9. Maintaining performance appraisal cycle of the blue collars 10. MIS Generation 11. Workforce Planning and its Productivity. 12 Conducting regular audits of industrial relations practices to ensure compliance. Education/Qualifications: MSW/PG in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management Thorough knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. Essential experience and skills 4-5 years of Manufacturing industry experience. Age 30-35 High level of integrated leadership skills & competencies in HR, Administration, and Industrial Relations; Well-honed communication, presentation & interpersonal skills; Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels. Conversant with good HR practices and full knowledge of the statutory laws, Well trained in conflict management techniques Language Requirement(s): English/Hindi
