Role & responsibilities: Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for E-Compressor, IPM Motors, and Inverter projects . Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to identify and mitigate quality risks. Analyze and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and certification documents. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials and components. Provide quality training and support to production and testing teams. Alignment with the customer technical department on special customer requirements and standards for validation of MAHLE products. Preferred candidate profile: B.E in Electrical and Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical with 5 to 10 years of experience in handling Quality functions. IATF 16949 implementation knowledge is mandatory. Experience with E-Compressor, IPM Motors, or Inverter products. VDA 6.3 certified person. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Experience with quality tools and methodologies (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Implementing Process Failure mode analysis concept on assembly process. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Person with right leadership Quality and capabilities to manage the function through people. Ability to influence, convince with assertive communication to the stakeholders like customers, suppliers and internal key stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
