As a highly skilled and experienced Principal Associate, your role will involve leading and managing key IP-related matters including prosecution, litigation, and advisory services. Your expertise in both Indian and international IP laws, along with a client-centric approach, will be essential in guiding a team of legal associates and interns. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end IPR matters encompassing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs. - Advise clients on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization. - Draft, review, and file IP applications (national & international), oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements. - Represent clients in IPR litigation and enforcement actions, including appearances before IPO, IPAB, and courts. - Conduct IP due diligence, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis. - Collaborate with external counsels, authorities, and international associates for cross-border IP matters. - Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge development and quality delivery. - Keep abreast of emerging trends, legal amendments, and case laws related to IPR. Key Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M). Registered Patent Agent is a plus. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team. - Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities. - Proven track record in managing complex IPR portfolios and high-stakes litigation.,
