Position: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Formulation
Qualification: M. Pharmacy
Experience: 5–8 Years (Formulation IPR mandatory)
Work Location : Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Review IP landscape and conduct FTO & non-infringement analysis.
Develop strategies for patent invalidation and non-infringement.
Work with R&D teams on Para-IV & NCE products (design-around strategies).
Support product selection with IP due diligence.
Assist with patent certifications, PILs, and declarations.
Handle and support ANDA litigations.
Coordinate with external attorneys and legal teams.
Manage patent filings and prosecution.
Lead task planning and execution within the IPR team.
