Description:

Primary Skills - IP Telephony

Secondary Skills - Cisco IPT/VoIP

4 to 8 years experienced CCNA / CCNP VOICE certified engineer having relevant experience in IPT and VC platform. Extensive knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing products and VOIP networking.

Participate in Operations, Optimization, Troubleshooting of Cisco Expressways, Telepresence Management Suite (TMS), Video Conferencing endpoints (SX series, MX series, WebEx Kits etc.), Cisco WebEx Event Center, Cisco Meeting server (CMS), Cisco WebEx Meeting Server (CWMS), Blue Jeans, Pexip.

Works with a skilled team along with appropriate internal and external resources on the operations /optimization/ troubleshooting of Cisco services and solutions. Extensive knowledge/experience with Cisco Video systems and components.

Hands-on troubleshooting. Experience with SIP and H323 protocols. Demonstrates software skills and tools to troubleshoot, configure Cisco products and solutions.

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in Incident/Change/Problem/Request management Must be open for 24x7 operations.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, operations, maintaining complex Cisco UC solutions for enterprise level customers

Strong experience in Cisco UC applications such as Cisco Expressway C E, TMS, CMS, CWMS, WebEx Event, Blue Jeans etc.

Strong experience in Cisco video endpoints Strong experience in Webex, Webex streaming

Strong hands-on of telephony dial plan design, implementation, and call control/routing protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS. Solid understanding of TCP/IP concepts and protocols such as DHCP, DNS, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP Troubleshoot and resolve general Voice Unified Communications related issues with Root cause analysis. Professional level (e.g. CCNP) or equivalent relevant certification desired Pro-active smart working capabilities with quick thinking and problem solving abilities are desired Awareness of ITIL process is desired Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE VOICE certifications preferred ITIL Foundation
