IP Professional Services PLM

As a Professional Services Portfolio Manager at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and management of IP professional services offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customer base. You will be part of the NI Professional Services PLM team, focusing on the IP Portfolio and expanding and managing cross-domain offerings across IP/Optics/FN as required. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IP networking, strong business acumen, and professional services experience to create compelling service offerings that foster growth and customer success. Your responsibilities will include defining portfolio offerings and roadmap items to ensure competitive differentiation, analyzing market trends and customer requirements, capturing feedback from stakeholders and customers, and providing technology trend insights to support sales activities. You will also establish programs to blueprint solutions, drive innovation, and achieve efficiencies in all areas of your portfolio, contributing to key financial KPIs (P&L).
