IP Billing Counsellor

Job Description: Provide counselling to in-patient (IP) cases. 2 Address patient concerns and provide necessary explanations regarding billing processes and insurance claims. 3 Manage and monitor the intimations of inpatient cases and ensure timely follow-ups to track progress and status. 4 Perform accurate data entry of patient and billing information into Google Sheets to maintain updated records. 5 Manage the approval process for insurance claims by coordinating with insurance providers and ensuring the necessary documentation submission from the patient. 6 Respond to queries from patients, hospital staff, and insurance representatives related to billing and claim processes. 7 Ensure timely realization of payments from insurance companies and patients by following up on pending amounts. 8 Obtain required signatures from concerned authorities to validate and finalize billing processes and insurance claims.
