IOT Hardware Developer Senior

As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge industrial IoT products. Your primary duties and responsibilities include: - Designing and developing circuit boards Analog & Mixed signal (PCBs) based on project requirements. - Participating in customizing systems to meet client-specific needs, including integration with various technologies such as WIFI, GPS, 4G, biometric systems, sensors, RFID & NFC, Ethernet, Bluetooth, LoRaWAN, FTDI, USB. - Designing power management circuits to optimize battery life. - Creating circuit designs and selecting appropriate components based on design specifications and performance requirements. - Ensuring IoT devices comply with relevant industry standards and regulations related to safety, EMC, and radio emissions. - Generating Bill of Materials (BOM) efficiently. - Building prototypes, conducting comprehensive testing, and refining designs for high quality and reliability. - Analyzing and optimizing signal integrity, power distribution, and noise control for system stability and performance. - Collaborating with firmware and design engineers to deliver successful hardware solutions. - Working closely with the mechanical team to ensure PCB designs meet enclosure specifications. - Performing extensive testing and debugging of complex circuit boards and systems. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. - Conducting site visits as required. Your qualifications for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field. - A proven track record of 4 to 5 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development. Your skills should include familiarity with various microcontrollers and embedded systems, proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools, in-depth knowledge of selecting appropriate components, and proficiency in various microcontrollers and hardware interfaces. You should also have a strong understanding of PCB types, design, and fabrication processes and the ability to design for EMI/EMC compliance.
