As an iOS Lead at A1 Apps, you will play a crucial role in leading our iOS development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of iOS applications from ideation to deployment. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Mentoring and guiding the iOS development team, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. - Architecting robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business objectives. - Staying updated on the latest iOS technologies and integrating them into our app ecosystem. - Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance. - Ensuring the application meets App Store guidelines and managing app submission/release processes. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in iOS app development with a proven track record of delivering apps to the App Store. - Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc. - Experience with Xcode, Instruments, Git, and CI/CD tools. - Solid understanding of MVC, MVVM, or similar architectural patterns. - Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration. - Knowledge of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with iOS performance tuning and memory management, familiarity with automated testing and deployment, prior experience in managing app analytics and push notifications, and knowledge of cross-platform tools like Flutter.
