iOS Developer

As an iOS Developer based in Chennai with 3-6 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be designing and developing advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift or Objective-C programming languages. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Your role will involve identifying and resolving bugs, bottlenecks, and other performance issues, along with maintaining code quality, organization, and automated testing processes. It will be essential to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to iOS development and continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior developers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality application delivery. Working closely with the UI/UX team, you will implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Collaboration with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems, conducting performance analysis, and optimizing application code for efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You must have proven experience as an iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of successfully launched applications and proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C programming languages. Deep understanding of iOS frameworks, RESTful APIs, UI design principles, and knowledge of mobile application performance optimization techniques are essential. Experience with version control systems such as Git and agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is preferred. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
