We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced IoT and embedded electronics products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end hardware design from concept to mass production and work closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, reliable products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of embedded hardware systems for IoT / telematics / EV applications. Schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout (multi-layer). Design with microcontrollers, sensors, power management circuits, wireless modules (BLE/LTE/GNSS), and interface protocols (CAN, RS485, SPI, I2C, UART). Perform design simulations, validation, and debugging using standard lab tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.). Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards and product certifications. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams to ensure smooth design handoff. Conduct DFM/DFT reviews and support NPI and production ramp-up. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering. 5+ years of experience in embedded hardware design and development. Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad). Strong knowledge of power supply design, signal integrity, and mixed-signal circuits. Experience working with certification and testing labs for CE/RED/EMI-EMC. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and component sourcing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Good to Have: Experience in IoT product design with cellular and BLE connectivity. Knowledge of automotive-grade hardware design.
