Invoicing Associate

Join our growing team as an Invoicing Associate where accuracy is crucial! As an Invoicing Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. Your responsibilities will include preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery timelines, entering invoices into customer invoicing websites, submitting invoices by electronic data interchange, understanding key areas in invoicing specific to customers, checking each field on the invoices before submission, ensuring all support and backups are in place and attached to invoices, providing timely updates on invoice submission status in Navision, maintaining invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as a reference, sending out statements of accounts to customers, handling invoice rejections, credit, and rebills, maintaining SOP/standard guide for the complete invoicing process account-wise and updating it timely, and offering continuous support for the improvement of platforms for invoicing. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in invoicing, excellent written and oral communication skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table), good analytical and process knowledge, and a strong accounting background.
