As an Investor & Co-Founder at Inor Fresh, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of India's fisheries supply chain. In the past 4 years, Inor Fresh has been dedicated to overcoming the significant challenges within the seafood sector by sourcing fresh fish directly from ports and farms, ensuring quality, reducing wastage, and implementing tech-enabled solutions for the unorganized seafood market. In the recent months, we have achieved remarkable milestones, such as delivering over 1.8 tonnes of fresh fish to our 90+ retail partners, maintaining a 35% profit margin with consistent monthly revenue exceeding 8 lakhs, expanding research and development on biofertilizer production from fish waste with the support of ICAR scientists, and enhancing our B2B & B2C supply chain through improved logistics and quality checks. Looking ahead, our plan is to raise funds to scale our infrastructure by establishing a central warehouse and 10 consumer kiosks, developing an AI & ML-enabled CRM for direct consumer engagement, diversifying into ready-to-eat fish products and biofertilizer manufacturing, and expanding our network of retail partners from 90 to over 300 across Karnataka and beyond. In this role, you will lead the Finance & Investment strategy, oversee financial planning, investment strategies, and cost optimization, contribute to responsible scaling while unlocking new revenue streams, and be an integral part of our vision to revolutionize India's seafood supply chain into a sustainable, tech-driven, and profitable model. Your industry connections and expertise in strategic capital management will be invaluable as we tap into a 1.04 trillion global market opportunity.
