We are hiring an experienced Implementation Lead to manage the deployment of an Investment Deal Management Platform for a key client in the oil & gas investment sector. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution across planning, integration, training, and go-live support. Lead full-cycle implementation of the deal management platform for investment teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align platform functionalities. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Oversee integration with CRMs, ERPs, and data systems. Ensure high adoption through training, support, and process optimization. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in IT implementation, investment systems, or project delivery preferably in oil & gas or financial services. - Deep understanding of investment workflows, M&A deal flow, and compliance requirements. - Experience with tools like DealCloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM/workflow systems. - Strong technical coordination, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities. - Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
