About the job: We are looking for candidates who are aspiring to build career in financial advisory industry. We have opening for Investment Specialist. Our core product offering is Mutual Fund, FD, Govt. Bonds, Debenture, etc. We are a one-stop financial services shop, widely known for the quality of our advice, personalized service, and cutting-edge technology. We started our journey in 2008. Currently, we are serving more than 50,000 investors with a team of 150 members. To meet our expansion goal, we are in a process of expanding our team of Investment specialists. Interested candidate may be in touch with HR team as per details given below. What you can expect from this profile: 1. Deep understanding of products like mutual funds, corporate fixed deposits, RBI bonds, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), and 54EC capital gain bonds. 2. Deep understanding of the capital market, fixed income market, commodity market-especially precious metals, real estate, the economy, and various sectors. 3. Regular interaction and sessions with fund managers. 4. Need to keep track of global market activity, government policies, central bank policies across the world, inflation, and many other factors. Key responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients over the phone to build strong relationships. 2. Share updates about new products or any upcoming changes in existing products. 3. Increase wallet share from existing clients by promoting relevant offerings. 4. Expand the client base by onboarding new clients. 5. Support existing clients with any service issues post-transaction. 6. Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios. 7. Showcase investment products (mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds, and debentures) to both prospective and existing clients, highlighting those that may be of interest or are on the approved list. 8. Assist clients in aligning their investments with their needs and risk appetite, in line with dynamic asset allocation. 9. Drive business growth and expand the client base.
