Investment Senior Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining the Data, Analytics, and Financial Due Diligence Group at Lexington Partners, a team dedicated to supporting the global secondaries and co-investment teams in various aspects of underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and other related areas. Your primary focus will be on reviewing and transcribing financial reporting information into a broader database. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Lexington's London investment team to participate in deal-related workflows - Manage data compiling and digital transition using tools like DealCloud, iLevel, and similar platforms - Assist in preparing financial models, valuations, and comparable company analyses under the guidance of investment team members - Gather and organize financial and operational data from private equity reporting and other sources - Support general due diligence and research - Ensure consistently high-quality, detailed work product and on-time production of deliverables Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably with prior employment at a US-based firm - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office tools - Significant experience in financial statement analysis and due diligence - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Team-oriented, energetic self-starter with the ability to collaborate across the Lexington platform - Strong work ethic, proactive, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for expanding knowledge - Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines - High ethical and professional standards Please note that the company offers a pathway to a long-term career opportunity within the new group at Lexington Partners, along with an attractive and competitive compensation and benefits package.
