Investment Senior Associate

As a Financial services professional supporting the Data, Analytics, and Financial Due Diligence Group at Lexington Partners, your role will involve various aspects of underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and other related areas. Specifically, you will be responsible for reviewing and transcribing financial reporting information into a broader database. Your ongoing responsibilities as a Senior Associate at Lexington Partners will include: - Working closely with Lexington's London investment team to participate in deal-related workflows - Managing data compiling and digital transition using tools like DealCloud, iLevel, and similar software - Assisting in the preparation of financial models, valuations, and comparable company analyses under the guidance of investment team members - Gathering and organizing financial and operational data from private equity reporting and other sources - Supporting general due diligence and research - Ensuring consistently high-quality, detailed work product and timely production of deliverables To be successful in this role, the following qualifications, skills, and experiences are ideal: - 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably with prior employment at a US-based firm - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Superior financial modeling and Microsoft Office skills - Significant experience in financial statement analysis and due diligence - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Team-oriented, energetic self-starter with the ability to collaborate across the Lexington platform - Strong work ethic, proactive, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for expanding knowledge - Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines - High ethical and professional standards In addition to the above, joining this new group at Lexington Partners offers a pathway to a long-term career opportunity.
